Tun Ling charged !

Former Transport Minister and MCA President was charged for cheating the Cabinet in the PKFZ scandal.He was charged for not disclosing the true value of land when seeking for the Cabinet approval that was chaired by Tun Dr Mahathir then the Prime Minster.The Cabinet gave the approval at a very much higher price that that was valued at the material time.Surely he was not alone in committing this crime and there must be other top guns from UMNO and MCA.

This RM12 billion scandal principally involved MCA leaders or Malaysian version of Indonesian Chukong.They worked hand-in-hand with UMNO leaders to siphon off the national wealth by way of corrupt practices at the highest level of the government,the Cabinet.

This clearly shows that the corrupt practice in Malaysia is a multi-racial in phenomenon not just UMNO.The Malays,Chinese,Indians, Sarawakians and Sabahan leaders are all actively involved in this corrupt practice to rob the nation off its wealth.They are all in the same league with UMNO.

The major beneficiaries of these corrupt practices in Malaysia are actually the Chinese parties and the chukongs or towkay classes.For the Malays only their very top UMNO Malays and quasi-Malays leaders or the UMNOputras are actually benefiting immensely from these corrupt practices.

From previous criminal charges against big shots allied to the ruling parties all were acquitted due to lack of evidence and witnesses couldn't be traced.Whether this criminal proceeding will have a similar fate the Malaysian public are holding their breath waiting for the verdict.Is it real or just a play again?This is the big question.The Prime Minister is suddenly on leave leaving this criminal charge of Tun Ling to his deputy to handle.Will Dr Mahathir be the next to be charged?
Both are kingmakers in their respective parties and immensely powerful,rich and wealthy.There are further 18 high profile cases as revealed by Rais Yatim that the AG has put in his KIV deck far too long.Will all these cases be activated?

What is the game plan?Will MCA leave the coalition?The drama is unfolding for the purpose of the coming general election.To the Malaysian the fact now is proven true that the UMNO-BN is corrupt to the core beyond redemption.To really redeem UMNO-BN the people need to see actions and more actions on corruption the public enemy number one now.They want bigwigs to be charged to reflect seriousness of tackling this scourge.The people do not need past criminal acts as things of the past as advocated by the Chief Justice no less.The Judiciary and AG Chambers must exhibit their independence at this crucial time otherwise it will be just another episode of judicial hoax series.
